Stainless Steel Tuyere Pipes

Over time, Abeyla Export have supported smelters, furnaces and power stations with highest quality tubes from our cooperating mills around the world.

A tuyere unit consists of a nozzle transferring the blast air into the tuyere. Tuyere allows for an opening through which oxygen or air is delivered to the inside of a furnace. This helps to increase the temperature to smelt various types of metal.

The tuyere, pipes, and nozzles operate in case of the heaviest temperature conditions.

Threaded or plain ended, a wide range of tuyere nozzles or pipes are available.

We offer a wide range of sizes as well as Isasmelt tuyere boxes and other components, manufactured from drawings.
